Following his medical education, Marshall specialized in obstetrics and gynecology, completing his residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. Marshall also held leadership roles, serving as chairman of the board of Great Bend Regional Hospital and vice president of Farmers Bank & Trust. U.S. House of Representatives (2017–2021)
