SUMMARY

The Department of Political Science and International Studies at SUNY Brockport is accepting
applications for anticipated part-time adjunct faculty openings.


JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions:
Teaching (100%)

  • Teaches assigned courses in the
    Department of Political Science and International Studies
  • Engages in experiential and hands-on education when
    appropriate
  • Produces effective course materials
  • Achieves student learning outcomes


REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant subject area from a college or university accredited
    by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university, or equivalent professional
    experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Work experience in the relevant subject area; past teaching
    experience

Salary and
Benefits:

$5,500 stipend per 3 credit course or 3 credit course equivalent. May be benefits eligible. Find out more about
