If a student is unable to attend a session a credit will be placed on file that may be used at any time for a future program. The credit does not expire. \nIs lunch provided? Students will bring lunch each day. Prepackaged snacks will be distributed each morning. On Wednesday students should bring money to purchase lunch at the Capitol. Food may not be taken into the Capitol Visitor Center. Campers should bring a water bottle daily. On Wednesday the water bottle must be empty when entering the Capitol Visitor Center. Breakfast is not served. \nWhat is the dress code? Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. We recommend student wear GIP shirts during camp. We carry sizes youth medium through adult extra large. \nDo parents attend? The camp is a drop-off session. \nIs this a partisan program or supported by a political party? Are scholarships available? The Girls in Politics Initiative is an independent organization that is self-funded through the fees generated from hosting sessions. The curriculum is civic education. \nIs financial aid available? Financial aid is not available. \nWho are the instructors? Our Lead Instructors are women that currently or have previously worked in government or electoral politics. Our support staffers are current or former licensed teachers.

The “No Limits Agreement” was first publicly referenced by China in fall of 2021 shortly before Russia invaded Ukraine\, and four years later\, Russia\, Iran\, North Korea\, and Venezuela are all “colonies/suborn proxies” of China and are advancing the Malign Grand Strategy of the CCP. With the new Trump Administration\, a new and re-born ability for the U.S. to communicate its message is needed.  It can be called Information Warfare\, but it is simply a steady stream of action-oriented messages\, communicating U.S. Policy positions with clarity and resolve. In the past there was DIME\, then DIMEFIL\, and now we are seeing DIMEFIL-T with T for Trump and his effective use of social media to barrage the modern “Airwaves” with the message.  This is a good opportunity to re-establish a pervasive and enduring ability to effectively and constitutionally use Information for attaining the “Ends” of U.S. National Strategy.” \n\n\nAbout the Speaker: \nCOL (Ret) Mills has made immense contributions to America’s national security since the later stages of the Cold War. This service has been both in uniform and as a senior civilian for the Department of Defense. Colonel Mills has multiple combat tours\, has helped train and equip six foreign partner military/security forces and has spent time on the National Security Council as the DOD representative to the initial Cyber Office.
